Thematic Email Chess ClubEach tournament, starting when completing subscribtions, is formed by 5 players in a single round robin.
Every player has to make at least 10 moves in 40 days.
The timelimit for every tournament is 12 month. When the game isn't finished after 12 month, both players must sent the game in PGN-format to Tournament Director, and they can continue to play of course.
A very important rule to keep track of the games is when the player with black makes his first move (or the player with white when black starts in a thematic), he must sent a copy to Tournament Director.
If you haven’t received an answer after 7 days send a reminder to your opponent and a copy to Tournament Director. When your oppenent isn't still answering you can sent a time complaint (including copy of the game) to Tournament Director.
